Who is Mark Zuckerberg going to select to voice his home automation AI?

At the beginning of 2016, The Founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg announced that his resolution for this year was to build himself an AI-powered assistant to run his connected home, just like that of the Marvel hero Iron Man’s butler Edwin Jarvis.

Today, Zuckerberg asked an important question to his Facebook
followers: Who should voice his AI assistant?

Among the 35,000 responses were worthy suggestions like Paul Bettany, the voice actor behind Jarvis from the Marvel movies, the matchless Morgan Freeman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Arnold Schwarzenegger (who personally offered his services back in January) and the world’s renowned astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson.

Perhaps, the most arousing one came from the Iron Man himself, actor Robert Downey Jr. He offered to do it on the term that, “Bettany gets paid and donates it to a cause of Cumberbatch’s choosing.”
Zuckerberg answered, “This just got real.”

With only little more than two months left in the year, Zuckerberg will have to lock down a decision quickly if he wants to stick to his resolution. We’re watching, waiting, and all ears with bated breath to find out who he’ll finally go with.
