Huawei may have just released the Mate 9, but a leak recently proved that the next launching is still in the making and there’s a working prototype already. A GFXBench listing depicts a device with codename Huawei LON-L29 sporting some top of the line technical specifications.
Although the listing only mentions the codename as Huawei LON-L29, it’s only confusing to say it’s the P10 since Huawei P9 has the model number Huawei LON-L29. From the leak, the P10 is going to be yet another premium flagship product with great specifications.
Starting with the display, Huawei P10 will come with a 5.5-inch screen alongside Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution. This is a massive upgrade considering the P9 only has a 5.2-inch screen with full HD resolution. The tested unit has a 6GB RAM and a 256GB internal storage capacity.
It’s hard to tell if it’s also going to sport a dual-camera setup but the listing boasts there’s a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with 4K video recording, LED flash, face detection security and other features. It runs on Android Nougat, there’s a Kirin 960 chip under the hood and Mali-G71 handles graphics.
For now, no one knows what the device might look like , but it is certain that leaks here and there should give us an idea of what to expect by next year.
